First time after the Wuhan (Covid-19) virus pandemic caused a global lockdown – BSEACC representatives met the Taiwan ambassador in the Baltic States. During the visit BSEACC representatives president Lukas Puidokas and General Secretary Julie-Li Chu thanked H.E. Andy Chin for Taiwan government humanitarian aid (about 100 thousand. masks) for Lithuanian people that was given by Taiwan Government.
Thru the meeting attendances discussed Lithuanian parliament members M. Adomenas and G. Steponavicius initiative to support Taiwan membership in the World Health Organisation, which was sign by Baltic and South – East Asian Chamber of Commerce community representative.
Taiwan ambassador and BSEACC president hoped that this Wuhan virus caused pandemic soon will be defeated and in the very near future Lithuanian representatives will be able to freely visit Taiwan and continue fruitful business partnerships and state projects.
