Baltic & South – East Asian Chamber of Commerce led the initiative for Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania) and Taipei National University of Technology (Taiwan) agreement of academic exchange and cooperation.
This agreement opens new possibilities for universities to promote cooperation in academic fields of mutual interest through the followings:
1. Exchange of students, faculty members, and researchers;
2. Joint research activities;
3. Holding lectures and symposium;
4. Exchange of academic information and publications;
5. Dual degree programs;
6. Student short-term internship and exchange program;
